Sr Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel to join their legal team remotely in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on complex commercial transactions and negotiations
• Monitor and interpret laws, regulations, and contractual obligations
• Negotiate, review, and draft commercial agreements

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) with bar admission in good standing
• 10+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in the technology industry
• 5+ years of experience in commercial contracts, vendor management, and partner agreements
• 3+ years of experience as corporate in-house counsel
• 2+ years of experience in AdTech and understanding of industry commercial terms
