Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with contract claims, investigations, disclosures, dispute resolution, and litigation
- Provide legal guidance on corporate compliance related to government regulations
- Advise on international business development, contracting, and regulatory compliance matters
Required Qualifications:
- J.D. required
- 8+ years of experience advising on U.S. federal government contract matters
- 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience
- In-depth knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal government contracting requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and government agency personnel
