Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Experience Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls and build strong customer relationships
  • Educate customers on coverage choices and recommend appropriate insurance products
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and metrics

Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, with an insurance background preferred
  • Must have a Personal Lines License or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
  • Detail-oriented with an affinity for multi-tasking
  • Willingness to learn and gain deep knowledge of insurance products and smartphone app
