Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Experience Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls and build strong customer relationships
  • Research and resolve customer requests using internal tools
  • Educate and advise customers on coverage choices and recommend insurance products

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, insurance background preferred
  • Must have a Personal Lines License (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume call environment
  • Ability to work independently and handle assignments with limited oversight
  • Willingness to learn and gain deep knowledge of insurance products and smartphone app
