Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers verbally and in writing with inquiries and requests
  • Perform tasks such as wire transfers, account maintenance, and online banking assistance
  • Educate customers on self-service options and handle account closures

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be a US Citizen, GC Holder, or GC EAD
  • Availability to work the specified alternating schedule
  • Minimum of one year Customer Service experience
  • 1-3 years' experience in a Contact Center environment is desired
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
