Job Summary

  • Drive product adoption, education, and usage to ensure customer satisfaction and business outcomes

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a customer-facing role focused on Customer Success
  • Proven ability to drive continuous value of products and manage diverse tasks concurrently
  • Experience in managing customers of various sizes and closing renewals
  • Proficiency in quickly learning and understanding software
