Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager (Remote- East Coast).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of accounts to drive value and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful deployment and engagement
  • Identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn risks through customer health analytics

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in customer-facing roles at a Marketing Technology SaaS provider or related field
  • Experience in CDP/Tag Management preferred
  • Ability to establish credibility with key customer decision makers
  • BA/BS Degree from an accredited university preferred
  • Reside in Pacific Time Zone for optimal collaboration
