Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Engineer (Dialogflow CX).

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Dialogflow CX to design and implement complex conversational flows
Collaborate with multiple teams on agent development
Conduct A/B testing to optimize conversational flows and user experience

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
6+ years of professional experience within the software industry
Expert proficiency in Dialogflow CX
Experience in API integration, particularly with Mulesoft
Knowledge of GenAI technologies and their application in enhancing conversational AI and data analytics
