Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Database Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

Provide database monitoring and support for multiple 24/7 Enterprise SQL Server systems
Maintain database performance, develop and configure database solutions, and ensure compliance with information security standards
Collaborate with engineering teams, participate in on-call rotation, and work on server setup and configuration

Qualifications:

8+ years' experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with SQL 2017 and SQL 2019, AlwaysOn availability groups, and replication
Knowledge of disaster recovery strategies, database design concepts, and Azure SQL solutions
Understanding of database theories, Windows security, and PowerShell scripting
Experience working in a global team environment and advocating for diversity and inclusion
