Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Workforce Analyst, Demand Planning - Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Create and own demand forecasts using statistical models for multiple lines of business
Collaborate with various operational and financial teams to drive staffing recommendations
Deliver contact rate analysis and membership impact analysis

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of workforce operations experience supporting populations of 1,500+ FTEs
2+ years of experience leading projects involving populations greater than 3,500 FTEs
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
2+ years of experience driving financial plans/outcomes
2+ years of experience managing vendor partnerships
