Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Workforce Analyst, Demand Planning - Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and own demand forecasts using statistical models for multiple lines of business
- Collaborate with various operational and financial teams to drive staffing recommendations
- Deliver contact rate analysis and membership impact analysis
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of workforce operations experience supporting populations of 1,500+ FTEs
- 2+ years of experience leading projects involving populations greater than 3,500 FTEs
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- 2+ years of experience driving financial plans/outcomes
- 2+ years of experience managing vendor partnerships
