Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director - Counsel - Employee Benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice on retirement, health & welfare, and compensation plans
Assist with benefits integration in mergers and acquisitions
Review and negotiate contracts with benefits consultants

Required Qualifications:

J.D. degree and bar admission in at least one state
Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits law
Demonstrated leadership working with senior management
Experience in a corporate legal department preferred
Commitment to expanding knowledge and adapting to change
