Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Director, Thrifty Strategy & Growth Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and deliver on revenue/growth goals with positive contribution to overall financial metrics
Lead and develop team in driving Thrifty sales through customer partnerships across all retail sales channels
Identify and continuously implement efficiencies in all areas of retail customer partnerships, including contract management, logistics, data exchange and processes

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
10 years of experience in Management consulting and CPG industry
Strong math and statistical skill set at an advanced level
Expert consulting skills and strong strategic thinking ability
