Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Director, Marketing Operations & Technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business processes, infrastructure, and technology to support marketing plans and goals
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of lead generation, program spend, and reporting processes
  • Lead and mentor teams, assess opportunities and risks, and contribute to executive-level discussions

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience leading a team of MOPs professionals
  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience implementing marketing applications in high-tech or subscription software organizations
  • Experience with marketing systems architecture, MarTech, AdTech, and Data Management
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, web platforms, ABM platforms, and performance analytics
