Key Responsibilities:

Provide thought leadership on integrated planning subject matter with the executive team
Lead the demand planning process, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams
Collaborate with Supply Chain operations teams to develop supply planning strategies

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business or related field
10+ years of related experience
Proven experience leading and developing teams
Experience in Food manufacturing environment is a PLUS
