Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Engineering Manager for Developer Experience in the Customer Identity Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and foster high-performance teams, conduct regular one-on-one meetings, and identify talent for skill development
• Define and enforce unified patterns for backend services and APIs, oversee design and implementation of building blocks, and ensure code quality and reliability
• Work with leadership to align technical strategy with business goals, manage project delivery, and facilitate communication within teams and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Technical Engineering Manager in a senior role
• Experience leading large back-end software engineering teams, with hands-on API design and backend development experience
• Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor individuals and teams
• Comfortable with ambiguity and prioritization across multiple fronts
