Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Enterprise Account Manager-Post Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to assigned customer accounts, ensuring they achieve their desired success metrics and ROI
  • Take the lead in managing the renewal process for existing accounts, identifying and addressing potential obstacles to ensure smooth and timely renewals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a post-sale account manager or customer success role in the SaaS industry with renewal ownership experience
  • Strong customer engagement and client relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in customer success practices, renewal negotiations, user experience, virtual user training, and customer ticket management
  • Familiarity with using Jira, Gong, and Salesforce for customer success management
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
