Required Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Escalations & Prevention processes
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams
