Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Hosting and Storage Engineer who will be responsible for the design, implementation, and support of infrastructure including virtualization, storage, data security, terminal services, and modernization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and educate the technology capabilities of the Hosting and Storage team
- Provide 3rd level support for Hosting and Storage technologists
- Develop and improve processes and procedures related to maintenance, automation, system testing, and functional validation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or 10+ years of experience as a systems administrator
- 6+ years of experience as a storage administrator working with Dell EMC storage technologies
- Experience working with technical vendors
- Solid understanding of IT operations and their related dependencies
- Proven ability to coach, inspire, and lead IT professionals across multiple disciplines
