Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with leaders and colleagues to identify potential employee relations issues and drive consistency in HR processes
- Developing people-centric plans to meet business goals through talent development and workforce planning
- Leading change initiatives, strategic HR projects, and facilitating compensation and talent management processes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of Human Resources business partner or generalist experience
- Experience leading change initiatives and using data for decision making
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong initiative and results orientation
- Must be able to work lawfully in the US with unrestricted work authorization
