Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to manage and support key HR processes for a high growth potential, fast-paced company in the healthcare provider industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief People Officer with overseeing and managing various corporate HR functions
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Provide HR guidance to employees and managers, including employee relations, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, training, and company policies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in progressively responsible HR roles
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and HR-related technologies
- Analytical capabilities and ability to use data to drive HR solutions
- Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, and detail-oriented skills
