Key Responsibilities

• Design future-state workflows using Generative and Agentic AI aligned with business goals
• Conduct business process analyses to identify areas for AI integration and automation
• Lead a global cross-functional team to execute AI initiatives and manage change for AI adoption

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience with 8+ years in a leadership role
• Practical experience leading AI initiatives for business modernization
• Strong technical expertise in agentic AI and workflow automation
• Experience with cloud-native AI infrastructure and system-wide automation
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical product capabilities
