Sr Labor Employment Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Labor & Employment Counsel to manage labor and employment law matters on a global basis.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for employment disputes globally
• Provide legal advice, counsel, and review for labor and employment matters
• Develop and implement employment policies and support merger and acquisition transactions

Qualifications:

• Law degree from an accredited law school and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an employment lawyer
• Strong track record in managing legal issues and interacting with business leaders
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse personnel
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment without compromising ethics or integrity
