Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Lead Demand Planner.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead consensus demand reviews as part of the S&OP process
Develop a multi-variable econometric model for demand forecasting
Analyze forecasting accuracy and implement improvements

Qualifications:

7-10 years of business/demand planning experience
BA or BS degree in Business, Econ, Data Science, Supply Chain, or related field
Advanced Excel, Tableau, and statistical modeling/simulation software experience preferred
Python knowledge is a plus
Understanding of demand planning process and leading practices, particularly for automotive OEM
