Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Lead Program Manager - Federal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading cross functional teams to develop and deliver telecom, security, cloud, IT and NG911 solutions
• Reviewing RFPs, understanding government contracts, and negotiating with third party vendors
• Managing customer requirements, service reviews, and ensuring SLAs meet contract requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or project/program management
• 7-10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry
• 7+ years of direct customer management experience with technical emphasis preferred
• Experience in defining processes, driving continuous improvement, and project management certifications desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Word
