Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Local Performance Marketing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coach franchise owners on their local marketing plans and programs to drive customer growth
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve lead generation and revenue objectives
• Present and coach franchise owners on pre-opening and grand-opening marketing plans

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of marketing experience in a franchise service or retail industry
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and data analysis
• Strong track record of delivering results in a high-growth environment
• Excellent diplomatic skills and relationship building qualities
• Four-year college degree in Marketing or related field
