Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Customer Experience Consulting - Remote U.S.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage up to five direct reports with varying levels of experience and backgrounds in consulting
  • Provide project management expertise, guidance, and leadership to the consulting team
  • Grow existing and new client relationships, serving as the leadership stakeholder during client engagements

Required Qualifications:
  • 10 to 15 years in Contact Center or related Customer Service/Customer Experience field
  • Practical experience in CX technologies and project management for CCaaS, CRM, WFM, QA, KM, and/or BI tools
  • Deep understanding of Contact Center approaches, methods, concepts, and models
  • Hands-on experience with project management and business tools such as LucidChart and SmartSheet
  • Ability to interface at the executive level and thrive in a remote, team-oriented, high-demand environment
