Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Demand Generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of managers overseeing day-to-day operations of a Metro Market retail sales team
- Deliver training, coaching, and ongoing support to leaders to increase productivity of in-store reps
- Track and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly results to leadership, ensuring team and individual sales goals are met
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a quota-driven sales position
- Minimum of 3 years of direct people management experience
- Prior experience with lead generation and consumer sales highly preferred
- Experience in solar industry is highly preferred
- Valid driver's license and availability to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays
