Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Education Platforms

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the LMS and certification platforms for customer education programs
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and IT/engineering teams for platform integration and functionality
Analyze usage data, manage vendor relationships, and provide training and support for stakeholders and end-users

Required Qualifications:

Experience in product or program management, preferably in SaaS education
Proficiency in managing LMSs and related technologies
Strong project management skills and ability to analyze data for decision-making
Customer-centric approach and technical proficiency with content authoring tools
Experience in designing and delivering customer education programs is a plus
