Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer US benefits programs as well as international benefits in approximately 20 countries
• Collaborate with local HR contacts to address benefit needs and promote offerings
• Ensure compliance with benefit regulations, conduct audits, and provide support for internal and external audits

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology
• Seven or more years of experience in international benefits administration
• Intermediate level excel experience including formulas, modeling, and analysis
