Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Innovation Product (Monitoring/Prevention) for the Home Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to the Home Services team, guiding strategic direction and fostering a culture of innovation
- Conduct background research analyses to identify opportunities for loss mitigation programs
- Manage experimentation and analyze data for ongoing loss prevention programs
Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree or equivalent in engineering, behavioral science, or related discipline
- Experience in innovative product development research and statistical data analysis
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across stakeholder groups
- Experience managing highly skilled multi-disciplinary teams
- Highly preferred candidates have prior experience in IoT or loss prevention programs within the insurance industry
