Sr Manager Security Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Security Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of SecOps engineers, implementing security best practices
• Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures for compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into software development and operations processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• Minimum 7-10+ years of experience in information security with leadership experience
• Strong understanding of DevOps, cloud platforms, containerization technologies, and IaC tools
• Experience with security tools, compliance standards, and scripting languages
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or AWS Certified Security Specialty preferred
