Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive video marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, user engagement, and conversion rates
• Produce video content in alignment with marketing objectives and oversee a video influencer program
• Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate and optimize video content performance and strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in video marketing or related field
• 3+ years experience managing a team of in-house video marketers
• Proven track record in developing successful video content strategies
• Deep understanding of digital video platforms, particularly YouTube, and SEO best practices
• Experience tying video performance to business goals and strong project management skills
