Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. National Account Manager, PTG for their Tools & Outdoor team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director, Amazon - Tools & Outdoor to drive strategic planning for the PTG Amazon 1P Business
  • Establish and own key relationships with Amazon business partners
  • Manage and mentor a team of National Account Managers to deliver impact and growth in the PTG Amazon 1P business

Required Qualifications:
  • BS in Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, Digital, or related experience
  • 6+ years of Account/Business Management and/or Sales Leadership experience AND 3+ years of eCommerce experience
  • People-oriented leadership approach, passionate about leader development and people-empowerment
  • Effective project management skills and strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Demonstrates open and collaborative mindset, capable of working in a matrixed organization
