Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Payroll Services Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor tickets daily to ensure service level agreements and client satisfaction
• Manage timely resolution of customer issues and assist in managing quarterly processes
• Train employees, maintain training requirements, and oversee performance appraisals

Required Qualifications:

• Associates degree or higher (or experience equivalent)
• Certified Payroll Professional certification required
• 5+ years full service payroll experience
• Manager or recent supervisory experience
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
