Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. People Technology Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide ongoing production support and troubleshooting for Workday application functionality and data integrity
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional design specifications and application configuration solutions
Manage Workday system operation, business process configuration, and production support

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience supporting Workday, with emphasis in Core HCM, Security, Absence, and Reporting
Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel skills and flexibility across multiple data sources and systems
Experience working in a high-tech or high-growth environment is preferred
Functional experience with Workday Integrations related to applications such as Equity, Benefits, Payroll, and other external vendor applications is a plus
