Sr Principal Design Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Principal Design Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design teams through full product development and production
- Consult on product design architectures and assess technical requirements
- Stay updated on latest technology to provide competitive and cost-effective designs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master's preferred, MBA a plus
- Minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 8 years with a Master's degree
- Promotion consideration requirements include being a Principal Design Engineer for a minimum of one year
