Sr. Product Leader Alternatives

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Leader, Alternatives and SMA Products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product strategy and management for Alternatives and Separately Managed Accounts, curating competitive offerings based on insights
• Act as the business owner and subject matter expert, collaborating with various internal departments and representing the firm in the industry
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and manage vendor relationships to ensure product line effectiveness while minimizing client and firm risk

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include business, finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or engineering
• Advanced degree or relevant industry designation (CAIA, CFA, CFP) is a plus
• 15+ years of financial services experience, including leadership in alternative investments and product management (5+ years)
• Series 7 and 66 licenses required within 12 months of hire
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities with proven results through influence
