Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager for the Servicing & Dispute Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product strategy and execution of CRM and Disputes platform to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Manage Dispute Lifecycle from intake to resolution, including arbitration, and automate work for Agents
- Understand customer and agent needs to guide the Support Product team and make data-driven decisions
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience in Disputes and knowledge of Reg E and Reg Z compliance
- Understanding of money movement rails and typical dispute patterns
- Proficiency in data analysis using SQL and Tableau
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
