Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager for the Servicing & Dispute Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive product strategy and execution of CRM and Disputes platform to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Manage Dispute Lifecycle from intake to resolution, including arbitration, and automate work for Agents
  • Understand customer and agent needs to guide the Support Product team and make data-driven decisions

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience in Disputes and knowledge of Reg E and Reg Z compliance
  • Understanding of money movement rails and typical dispute patterns
  • Proficiency in data analysis using SQL and Tableau
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
