Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager for Servicing & Support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution of service and support experiences, including chatbot and agent tools automation
- Lead conversation design for chatbot and agent experiences, focusing on customer success
- Analyze feature/experiment results, communicate learnings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering successful products/systems
- Experience in creating customer flows using chatbots and other automated tools
- Understanding of NLP and generative AI for support automation
- Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for understanding customer needs and proficiency in data analysis
