Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager for Servicing & Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution of service and support experiences, including chatbot and agent tools automation
  • Lead conversation design for chatbot and agent experiences, focusing on customer success
  • Analyze feature/experiment results, communicate learnings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of product management experience delivering successful products/systems
  • Experience in creating customer flows using chatbots and other automated tools
  • Understanding of NLP and generative AI for support automation
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and proficiency in data analysis
