Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager in the Delivery Experience field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver important programs with broad cross-functional and cross-organizational business impact
• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of complex cross-functional projects in a new business area
• Develop business and process requirements, prioritize needs, and manage milestones and overall roadmap

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
