Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Program Manager, Operations Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead critical business initiatives by ensuring all business and compliance requirements are defined, understood, and addressed in project decisions
- Focus on the strategic road map identified by Operations leadership to ensure critical projects and milestones are met
- Evaluate program benefits to drive prioritization decisions and communicate financial impact to Finance partners
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of work experience in project or program management or operations, preferably in a technology setting
- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to increase efficiency and improve customer experience
- Experience in leading continuous improvement efforts and well-versed in LEAN methods
- Technical aptitude: Experience or ability to learn programs including SQL, Confluence, Jira, Smartsheets, and Looker
- Self-starter aptitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
