Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Provider Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary expert on provider data, addressing member inquiries related to network status, copay amounts, and other provider-related inquiries
• Collaborate with team members to investigate and resolve complex provider data scenarios
• Utilize member feedback to update and enhance the provider database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare
• Working understanding of provider data concepts such as NPI, Tax ID, practicing location, and specialty
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with SQL and relational databases
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with healthcare administrative data, including claims and enrollment
