Sr QA Analyst RPA Testing
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for QA in the RPA Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of testing RPA software and ensure product quality
- Design, develop, and execute test cases as well as provide post-production support
- Review, analyze, and estimate project test requests and provide feedback to development teams
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of quality assurance experience with RPA, AI experience a plus
- Proficient in SQL and understanding of health insurance, claims processing, and QNXT
- Experience in creating and executing functional and acceptance test cases
- Ability to lead cross-functional meetings and suggest improvement practices for system efficiency
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
