Sr Reimbursement Specialist - Fixed Term

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Reimbursement Specialist - Fixed Term, 3 Month Contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct benefit investigations, verify insurance benefits, and obtain prior authorizations as required
• Accurately enter and maintain data in client database and patient files
• Participate in Call Center Activities, triage incoming calls, and educate patients and prescribers

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• 4 - 6 years' experience in insurance, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries
• Computer proficiency in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of third-party billing, coding, medical terminology, prior authorizations, and appeals preferred
