A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager, Mid-Market SMB, based in Austin or remote in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately forecast sales and meet quarterly and annual targets
- Manage and motivate a team of account executives, ensuring quota attainment and customer acquisition
- Enhance team selling abilities through enablement, solution selling, and metric improvements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience leading high-growth SaaS sales teams
- Proven success in selling new products and expanding customer accounts
- Ability to network across business units and close deals with new buyers
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Gap Selling or Challenger
