Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager, Mid-Market SMB, based in Austin or remote in the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately forecast sales and meet quarterly and annual targets
  • Manage and motivate a team of account executives, ensuring quota attainment and customer acquisition
  • Enhance team selling abilities through enablement, solution selling, and metric improvements

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience leading high-growth SaaS sales teams
  • Proven success in selling new products and expanding customer accounts
  • Ability to network across business units and close deals with new buyers
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Gap Selling or Challenger
  • Strong ability to drive consensus and support among stakeholders
