Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer, Developer Productivity Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the engineering team to design and evolve toolset solutions for banking products
- Participate in code reviews, research best practices, and contribute to technical strategy
- Write well-designed, well-tested, and maintainable code
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software development experience in leading high-impact areas
- Technical leadership in bringing engineering functions to production
- Deep understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, and software security practices
- Experience with scalable, distributed systems and testing methodologies
