Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr./Staff Software Engineer for their LO Team in San Francisco, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build web applications and services using Python, Django, TypeScript/JavaScript, Vue.js, Postgres, and AWS
- Provide vision and direction for software development best practices & methodologies
- Mentor junior members of the software engineering team and prioritize work to ship products in time
Required Qualifications:
- 6-9 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree OR 4-7 years of experience with a Master's degree
- Senior level skill-set with core programming languages (Python, Java, C#, C/C++, etc.)
- Experience working with distributed systems, relational databases, and SQL
- Experience with public cloud services, containerization, and building scalable services
- Experience with service monitoring, metrics, alerting, log aggregation, and tracing
