Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Solutions Consultant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluates client's existing HR landscape and formulates strategy and roadmap
Supports RFP projects and acts as a senior consultant on engagements
Acts as functional lead on HCM technology implementations and liaises with vendors

Qualifications, Training, and Education:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS and payroll system support
Experience with various HRIS and payroll systems, Dayforce and/or UKG preferred
Knowledge of HRIS systems and HR business process delivery model
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Smartsheet highly desirable
Ability to learn new applications quickly and effectively
