Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Strategy and Operations Manager, Supply.

Key Responsibilities:

Focus on supply acquisition and engagement for a new product called Artifacts, including creator acquisition, activation, and engagement
Collaborate with the Product team on key moments in the end-user journey
Analyze product data to identify user engagement trends and opportunities and creator performance

Required Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience in growth, business operations, chief of staff, product operations, or management consulting
Strong communication and writing skills
Experience working on a marketplace product, ideally with growing supply
Analytical skills and proficiency in tools like SQL, Metabase, Lookr, Google Sheets, and/or Excel
Ability to build and improve infrastructure to scale creator acquisition efforts
