A company is looking for a Sr Talent Acquisition Partner, Commercial & Sales Recruiting (Contract) to attract top-tier talent for non-technical positions within the Commercial organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for non-technical positions within Commercial & Sales Recruiting
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and establish recruitment plans aligned with business objectives
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in SaaS
- Proven track record of attracting top talent across go to market functions
- Strong understanding of skill sets required for positions within a technology-driven organization
- Experience in conducting behavioral and technical interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
